running this trail race in like three and a half weeks (two weeks after my marathon) and like ive looked at the course and it just does not look that serious to me unless the weather is poor (there's like 3mi of singletrack and 10mi of crushed gravel r2t, p2p net downhill) but they just sent us this email thats like "join this webinar! we're committed to safety to all runners. Also WEAR TRAIL SHOES"... i have trail runners which i honestly hadn't thought about wearing yet but now im like hm maybe i do need to check out this webinar just to make sure. new little things coming up all the time!

#the branding of the race is so trailsy... my friends r all kind of freaked out even tho they picked it...#I'm like guess one of us is gonna have to check out this webinar and report back jfjfjf #I honestly don't think it's going to be that crazy looking at the field size from last year and the times jfjfjfj #My goal is also just have fun finish don't get injured run with my friends though I don't think I'll be able to escape the competitive #bone in me in such a small race jfjfjfj #But rlly excited to have this to cap off my time in new England LMAO #Tetrapod runs
